Description

This module will help you to create an early childhood curriculum that celebrates and supports the visual arts and creativity, including the tools – and attitudes – that educators need to achieve this. It features footage of art experiences and video interviews with educators.

The module is particularly suitable for experienced educators and for educational leaders.

The module will provide you with an understanding of:

  • the importance of visual arts in early childhood practice
  • philosophies, practices and materials that create satisfying art experiences for children
  • how to nurture your own artistic skills.

Suitable for early childhood education and care workers at all stages of their careers. This module will take an estimated one hour to complete.
