The ECA Leadership Program, revised in 2021, is a renowned program for educational leaders, teachers in leadership roles and aspiring leaders. Early Childhood Australia is thrilled to partner with Dr Claire Warden. We have a suite of online professional learning modules developed by Claire, specifically for the Australian context.

These modules aim to inspire, ignite and challenge perceptions of learning with children. They integrate Claire’s professional philosophy of Nature Pedagogy with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
