User Management Dashboard

The ECA Learning Hub is excited to announce the launch of the ECA Learning Hub User Management Dashboard.

The Management Dashboard will support managers, Educational Leaders and other leaders within your organisation to have added flexibility and visibility over students within your organisation. The Management Dashboard will be available to all organisational subscribers on the ECA Learning Hub from 22nd April 2024.

New roles and functions

The Management Dashboard supports key people in your organisation to manage your ECA Learning Hub subscription with the introduction of the following roles:

  • Account Manager each organisation can have up to, two Account Managers to oversee the services and students within their organisational subscription
  • Group Coordinator this role is optional, depending on the organisational structure and professional learning responsibilities

Note: Every person with a login to the ECA Learning Hub is considered a student (including Account Managers and Group Coordinators). Each student counts towards organisations maximum user limit.

Reporting

You can now access and run reports from the Management Dashboard!

  • Account Managers have access to organisation-wide reports and can create new reports based on the individual needs of your organisation.
  • Group Coordinators have access to service level reports that have been created for them by their organisation’s Account Manager.

User management

  • Account Managers can now access to organisation wide user management functions through the Management Dashboard. This enables visibility over all active users within the organisation, including the ability to assign the role of Group Coordinator.
  • Group Coordinators can access service level user management with visiblility over students assigned to their designated service/s.
