Have you ever wondered what strategies you could use to manage stress, pressure and burnout in early childhood? This course critically looks at stress, pressure, and burnout and explores what strategies could be used to help manage your stress and increase your mental focus. You will explore the difference between stress and pressure and gain a deeper understanding of what burnout is.

This course is suitable for all early childhood professionals at any stage of their careers who are interested in exploring stress, pressure and burnout and to learn what strategies can be used to optimise their performance when under pressure.
