This module has been developed to help educators create a useful, accurate Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). It provides advice and examples on how a QIP can support early childhood settings to assess their current performance, recognise what they do well, and plan effectively for future improvements.
The module will provide you with an understanding of:
- good practices for creating a high-quality, useful QIP
- the importance of using and referring to your QIP regularly, and
- quality improvement as a process, not an end point.
Completing Developing and Maintaining a Quality Improvement Plan will contribute 1 hour of PD addressing 7.2.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
Suitable for early childhood education and care professionals at all stages of their careers. This module will take an estimated one hour to complete.
