This course has been developed to provide an overview and understanding of WHS responsibilities at each level of the workplace and a practical understanding of how to fulfil duty of care responsibilities.
After completing this course, you will have a practical understanding of duty of care in the workplace with regards to:
- the worker’s responsibilities
- the manager and supervisor’s responsibilities, and
- how to fulfil your duty of care responsibilities
Suitable for early childhood education and care professionals at all stages of their careers. This module will take an estimated 30 minutes to complete.

Completing Duty of Care for Managers and Supervisors will contribute 1 hour of NESA registered PD addressing standards 6.2.2 and 7.2.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
