Judy Radich is an early childhood educator with a long history of working with young children in preschool and long day care.Description
This course explores ways for educators to build and strengthen partnerships with the communities in which they work and live. This course includes written information, a three-part video interview with the nominated supervisor at an early childhood service, and self-reflection activities. This course specifically addresses community diversity and cultures, including Indigenous cultures.
This course will provide you with an understanding of:
- who benefits from partnerships between the early childhood service and the wider community
- the role of interpersonal relationships in community-service partnerships
- how to build relationships successfully
