In this interactive webcast designed for service leaders, Rod Soper encourages self-reflection and explains how to make connections in a way that adds ‘wellbeing value’ for all. He also introduces ways to embed the concept of wellbeing across the team and highlights the importance of maintaining a renewable wellbeing source while actively engaging with others.
