Rod Soper
Rod Soper is the Director of Education for Thinkers.inq, an early years school dedicated to offering 21st-century teaching and learning through transformational play. He has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of education and leadership design. Rod’s expertise includes research into ontological and interpersonal development and critical thinking.


In this interactive webcast designed for service leaders, Rod Soper encourages self-reflection and explains how to make connections in a way that adds ‘wellbeing value’ for all. He also introduces ways to embed the concept of wellbeing across the team and highlights the importance of maintaining a renewable wellbeing source while actively engaging with others.
