Christine Phillis

Christine Phillis is a Nurse Educator for Karitane and has worked as a Child and Family Health Nurse in the Sydney Local Health District for over 20 years, attaining the position of Clinical Nurse Specialist and International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant. Christine is an experienced research nurse, working within the ‘Healthy Beginnings’ project, and has started her own lactation consultancy. Christine has extensive experience in early childhood and family-based health initiatives, focusing on the First 2,000 Days, working collaboratively to develop, implement and deliver education programs to early childhood educators, health professionals and parents/carers. Christine is passionate about delivering high quality family-based care, and improving the health and wellbeing of infants, children and parents.
