Jane Bourne

Jane Bourne is an early childhood professional who has taught and led within diverse ECEC settings. She is currently the CEO of Lady Gowrie Qld, which delivers a range of education and care services throughout Queensland. Jane is also President of ECA (Qld Branch).

Jane’s extensive experience has allowed her to pursue her passion for creating leadership models that inspire and promote the best outcomes for children, families and staff.
